Here's how to begin.
1. Complete the online Trade Discount application.
2. Fax a copy of your resale certificate and/or professional license to 1-866-418-1280.
3. Upon approval of your account, you will receive trade login information as well as a discount code for online shopping at dolangeiman.etsy.com.

Complete the Commissions and Special Projects Questionnaire. Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, a commission proposal, including pricing, is sent via e-mail.
